We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable professional to take on the role of commerical Manager. In this capacity, you will forge strong connections with organizations helping the company work with it's local communties and partners to idenfity product needs. The perfect candidate for this position will exhibit adept problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive grasp of sales principles.

What You'll Do

You will be part of the commerical team, working closely with the CEO to develop and manage strategic partnerships and commercialisation of product and it's development. Your role involves crafting a development and sales strategy, identifying potential revenues, negotiating partnerships and coordinating cross-functional efforts. You will play a vital role in fostering collaboration with other companies or inter departmental teams, driving innovation, and contributing to the company's growth and intiatives, often working to establish mutually beneficial relationships and revenue-generating opportunities.
Objective of the Role:
  • Identifying and evaluating potential partners for collaboration.
  • Negotiating and managing commerical arrangements.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective execution of commerical startegy.
  • Problem-solving to address product and sales challenges.
  • Identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Contributing to product innovation and fostering company growth through strategic alliances.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute a commercialisation strategy.
  • Primarily responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, including partnerships and new market entries.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and partners, working collaboratively to achieve mutual objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of local partnerships, measuring success against predetermined KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Actively engage with local organizations and communities to build Hertzian's presence and reputation, contributing to its local ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
Skills and Qualifications
  • The ability to develop a clear commerical strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with local vendors, partners, and organizations.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to create mutually beneficial commerical agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate effectively.
  • The capacity to work across different departments within the organization to coordinate efforts and ensure successful partnership execution.
  • A deep understanding of the local market, including its dynamics, trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies to promote and optimize partnerships.
  • The ability to identify innovative opportunities for commerical and corperate growth.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to commerical agreements and the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience working within a SaaS-based company.

Salary:
40 hours per week - £30,000 - 40,000 FTE equivalent
